How We Receive Your Items:

• Ship your items directly to us when ordering from Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc. {Free}

• Drop your items off to us at a scheduled time - Our Storage Facility is Located in South Lakeland {Free}

• We will  Pick Up your item(s) from you – home pick-up from anywhere in Polk County, FL {$20 per pick-up if multiple pick-ups are needed}

Timely Packages:

• Regular Processing – We will wrap your items within 5 Business days of receiving delivery/pick-up. Once they are wrapped, we will schedule a pick-up or delivery time for you to obtain your packages. If needed we will store your items for up to 30 days after your packages are delivered to us. For example, for Christmas time we can hold your packages up until December 24th. {Free}

• Rush Processing – We will wrap your item(s) within 48 hours of us receiving them (through delivery, pick-up, drop-off, etc.) {$10}

How You Will Receive Your Wrapped Items:

• Pick-Up From Us – We will schedule a time slot for you to meet us at our Storage Facility in South Lakeland. {Free}

• Delivery – We will deliver to any home in Polk County, FL. We will schedule a time with you and someone MUST BE PRESENT when your item(s) are delivered. We may make exceptions and deliver to you at your place of business if it is easily accessible and if you have 10 or less items. Feel free to contact us with any questions. {$20 per delivery if multiple deliveries are needed}

Wrapping Services:

• Wrapping Service Fee: All items are wrapped for {$2 per for 5 items or more.} This is the base charge for the service, with additional charges for our wrapping paper, bags, bows, tags, etc. If we are using your own provided wrapping paper, each item will simply be the $2.

• BYOW (Bring Your Own Wrap) – If you would like to pick out your own wrapping paper, bows, tissue, bags, etc., we will use it! When choosing your wrapping supplies, please purchase a bit extra than you think you would need (for example, if you have multiple gifts to wrap and aren’t sure if 1 roll will be enough – please get 1 extra roll just in case). Any leftover wrapping items will be returned to you (un-opened if possible), so you will be able to return those extras to the store for a refund if you’d like. Shipping directly to us or dropping off these items to us at our Storage Facility is {Free}. If we are picking up your gift items from you, we will pick up the wrapping supplies as well. If you’d like us to make a separate trip just to pick up your supplies, that will fall under our {$20 pick-up/delivery fee}.

Gift Wrap:

• Choose from one of our beautiful wrapping paper selections for us to wrap your gifts with. Choose to use one wrap for all of them, or pick and choose different patterns for different packages.  {$.50 per item}

• If your item is an odd-shape, you have multiple small items that you’d like bundled into one package, or if you simply just prefer the look - we offer themed Gift Bags with matching tissue paper for {$1 per} regardless of bag size.

Packaging Upgrade:

• Want your gifts to look uniform and all in boxes? We can upgrade you. Normally, we will wrap your items as-is in their original packaging it comes in. (For example, if a glass candle arrives inside it’s original cardboard box, we will wrap the entire box. However, if your order a Men’s Sweater and it comes by itself/in a poly bag, we can upgrade and wrap your sweater in a box instead. This would also include a layer of tissue paper or tissue paper padding for fragile items. {$1}

Twine/Wax Seal:

Going for a classic and minimalist look? Consider adding twine to your package(s)!

• Twine (any color) wrapped one-way across and tied in a bow on top {$.25 item}

• Twine (any color) wrapped cross-ways and tied in a bow on top {.50 per item}

Get fancy and we’ll add a wax seal on top of the package to keep your twine/tag/bow/etc. in place.

• Wax Seal (color & design of your choice) added to twine on top of package {$.50 per item}

Gift Tags/Labeling:

• None (Single Package) – If purchasing only 1 gift wrap, you can opt for no gift tag/label to be added {Free}.

• None (Multiple Packages) – If you have your own tags at home and prefer to add them yourself, we don’t mind! We add a small number on the bottom of every gift we wrap - and when your wrapped items we will provide you with a numbered sheet with details of what’s inside each package. {Free}

• Basic Stick-On Tag – We will add a themed To & From Sticker onto your package and fill if out for you if you prefer. We have lovely handwriting, if we do say so ourselves 😉  {$.10 per item}

• Premium Tie-On Tags – We offer beautiful hand-crafted themed tags that we will tie or stick on to your package. We will even fill if out for you if you prefer. We have lovely handwriting, if we do say so ourselves 😉 {$.25 per item}

• Momma’s Handmade Tags – Momma Balisti herself has made a handful of homemade Christmas tags and they are adorable! If you’d like a one-of-a-kind tag, add one of these on to your package. {$1 per item}

Gift Bow/Ribbon:

We make our own Gift Bows in-house with shiny satin poly ribbon made to order. These are not the basic plastic ones you see at the dollar store! You get to choose a ribbon color and we will made your bow to-scale with the size of your package.

• Bow Only (Ranging in size from 2 - 6 inches) {$.25 per item}

• Ribbon wrapped one-way across and added bow on top {$0.50 per item}

• Ribbon wrapped cross-ways and added bow on top {$0.75 per item}

Premium Wired Bow/Ribbon:

A bow can make a package go from ordinary to magical. And we are the bow making experts! Pick from one of our ribbons and we’ll add a to-scale wired ribbon bow to your package.

• Bow Only (Ranging in size from 3 – 8 inches) {$.75 per item}

• Ribbon wrapped one-way across and added bow on top {$1.50 per item}

• Ribbon wrapped cross-ways and added bow on top ($2 per item}

Jumbo Bow/Ribbon:

If you’re giving a big gift – it needs a big bow! Or sometimes even just a bow attached to a bike is enough to make the gift special. Choose your color/pattern and we’ll handmake a bow just to fit your item using Tule and Wired Ribbon. {$2.50 per item}

Misc. Fees:

• Oversized Items – Any items larger than a microwave may be subject to a $3 additional charge. Before this item is wrapped, we will contact you for approval or if you’d simply like a large bow attached to this item as opposed to wrapping. This charge is per oversized item. {$3 per item}

• Re-Wrap Fee – We will begin wrapping as soon as your item(s) arrive and we have your customization form. Because of this, if something comes up and you need to return a gift/make a change in paper – we offer to re-wrap this item for you. {$2 per item}
