Our Policies

Your Reservation/Booking Fee is put toward your Wrapping Services total. (When choosing your wrapping/delivery options, you will receive an estimated total that will be due for our services based on your selections. The booking fee will go towards that total.)

  • Payment for all wrapping, pick-up and delivery services must be paid IN FULL prior to wrapped items being returned to you. No, we do not want to keep your packages for ourselves. But this rule simply has to be here. We take great care, time and effort to make your packages look as beautiful as possible and must ensure that our services are compensated. Our prices are upfront and transparent, but if you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.

  • No Hidden Fees. The price guide provided here is a list of all our services and fees. The only instances of a last minute fee needing to be added is for: Oversized Items, Rush Processing, last minute Delivery/Pick-Up changes, etc.

  • Shipped Package Security. We understand it’s daunting to ship your gifts directly to a stranger. We’re here to assure you that your items are safe with us. Your items will be shipped to a secure gated residential neighborhood free of porch pirates and weather damage. Within the hour that your package is delivered, your items will be brought inside and confirmed. Once you book with us, we will provide you with the shipping information and you can order your packages online with complete confidence. If there’s any delivery issues, we will be in direct contact with you to ensure your package gets here for wrapping. Once your package arrives we will: Open all items (from outer packaging, packing peanuts, etc), inspect each item for any damages, and then snap some photos for your confirmation and to plan your chosen wrapping strategy. All pre-wrapped and wrapped packages will be kept in a secure, dry, climate controlled and smoke-free environment until you are ready to receive them. We do not take any responsibility for if your items are damaged in-transit from the retailer. If your items arrive from the manufacturer damaged, we will contact you immediately to decide what steps to take for returns/exchanges/etc. If your items are damaged while in our possession, we will discuss with you for the best possible outcome which may include replacement or refund. When picking up your wrapped gifts, you will also receive all original shipping materials (item packaging, fitted styrofoam, cardboard boxes, etc) as well as any paper receipts included with your items.
